Janet has 33 years of experience in the travel industry and specializes in product development, group travel planning and operations. She has spent her years in the travel industry building strong relationships with hotels and airlines, among other suppliers. A strong focus of her position is managing and developing Boscov's exclusive charter flights.

Director of Corporate Business Development

Kim Schrader, Director of Corporate Business Development, comes to our team with over 29 years of industry experience with an intense focus on corporate travel management. Her area of expertise is client retention related to customer satisfaction, supplier savings, policy recommendations for example. Her knowledge and industry background will enhance our clients program which will bring proven results related to savings, procedures and the overall success of our client's corporate programs.

Connie Bright
Corporate Account Manager

Connie has 20 years of corporate travel experience, most of which has been spent as a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant due to her strong skills with international fares and pricing, as well as excellent skills with Sabre and GetThere technology. Thanks to her effective problem-solving skills and exceptional customer service, she now functions as our Corporate Account Manager.

Lisa has 36 years of experience in the travel industry and offers exceptional expertise with automation and system technologies, as well as effective implementation and training skills. She delivers outstanding customer service and support and topical travel industry knowledge.

Diane Ferro
Director of Information Technology and Systems

Diane has been a member of the Boscov’s Business Travel team since 1979. She oversees development of client websites and travel portals, working with our web designers and programmers to create dynamic online tools for our clients. Diane also assists with training and technical support for our online booking engines, management reports and in-house operations.
